Playgrounds are NOT Just for Kids...

As a mom of three is is ALWAYS hard to find time to workout... or find ANY me time...
So I have learned to be sneaky.

I workout EVERY day, ANY time I can, ANY chance I get, no matter where I may be.

The playground is NO exception.. actually, It's the PERFECT place for any mom to get a workout in.
The kids are safe, having fun AND supervised WHILE I get the exercise I need.

Firstly, you MIGHT look goofy, but your kids don't care, and the other moms... They might even join in...

My goal is currently weight loss & conditioning (but when I loss the last 9 lbs I am waiting for I will shift my routine to strength gain and building lean muscle). So, for now I do my reps and move on. I strive to NOT stop between exercises, but sometimes... it happens.

Starter exercises:

  • Step Ups (10 each leg) 
  • Elevated Push-Ups (10) 
  • Swing Rows (10) {Straighten your body while holding the swing and pull torso upward} 
  • Assisted Lunges (10)  
  • Bent Leg Reverse Crunches (10) 
  •  Lateral Leg Lift (10)

  • Bench Dip (10)
 



Moderate exercises:

  • Jump Ups (10 each leg) 
  • Lower Incline Push-Ups (10)
  • Body Row (10) {pull body up from plank like position toward a table or such}
  • Lunges (10)
  • Straight Leg Reverse Crunches

Advanced exercises:
  • Ground Push Ups (10)
  • Pull Ups (10)
  • Chin Ups (10)
  • Hanging Knee Tucks (10)
